How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. International delivery across Europe usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

What's included in each nail set?

Every NewRush set includes:

• 30 reusable press-on nails
• 15 sizes for the perfect fit (Half sizes comes in some designs for better fit)
• 2 sheets of adhesive tabs
• Alcohol wipes
• Nail file
• Cuticle stick

How long do the nails last?

With proper application, NewRush nails can last up to 14 days and can be reused multiple times when removed carefully.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. Our press-on nails are designed to be reused when removed carefully and stored properly.

Will they fit my nails?

Each set includes 15 sizes (30 nails total) to help you find your perfect fit. Selected styles also include half sizes for even greater precision.

Do the nails damage natural nails?

No. When applied and removed correctly using adhesive tabs, NewRush nails are gentle on your natural nails.

How long does application take?

Most customers achieve a salon-inspired manicure in 10 minutes or less.

Are adhesive tabs included?

Yes. Every set includes 2 sheets of adhesive tabs, allowing for multiple applications.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to multiple countries across Europe.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, opened nail sets cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Delivery details

We aim to make your NewRush experience smooth from checkout to delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Orders within Sweden are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. European deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Refund details

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used press-on nail sets.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@newrushofficial.com. We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
