Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original contents supplied with the order

  • Be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing contents.

Free Returns for Sweden

For customers located in Sweden, return shipping is free when the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

For customers outside Sweden, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@newrushofficial.com and include photographs of the issue.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.
